1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Swift Ride, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to open an account. Drivers must additionally meet Nigerian licensing and vehicle-fitness rules.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account until you report it lost or stolen.
4. Fares and payment
Fares are quoted upfront. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the ride plus any applicable tolls, tips or cancellation fees.
5. Behaviour
No violence, harassment, weapons or illegal cargo. Drivers may refuse trips that put anyone at risk.
6. Cancellations
Free cancellation within 2 minutes of booking. After that a small fee applies to compensate drivers.
7. Liability
Swift Ride is a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any ride is capped at the fare paid.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are settled in Lagos courts.
