Swift Ride ("we", "our") operates a ride-hailing platform in Nigeria. Our head office is at Plot 12, New Plaza, Niger, Nigeria. Data controller enquiries: hello@swiftpickup.com.ng.

Contact details, government ID (for drivers), trip locations, device info, and payment metadata. We never sell personal data.

To match riders with drivers, process payments, protect the community from fraud, comply with Nigerian law, and improve the app. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be shared with city partners for transport planning.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember trip preferences and measure product performance. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit.

We share the minimum necessary data with drivers, payment processors and, when required, Nigerian authorities. All partners are bound by written data-processing agreements.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@swiftpickup.com.ng and we'll respond within 30 days.

Trip records are kept for 5 years for tax and safety reasons. Account data is deleted within 60 days of a verified deletion request.
